Unique to this map is the Pentagon tech who randomly spawns once the power is turned on and whose toughness increases in the later rounds. To do that, activate all four switches in the war room. ![]() With the power back on, the teleporters will work, but in order to get the PAP upgrades, you'll need to set the Def Con level to 5. To get to the basement, you need to access the first floor elevator, clear up a couple blockades, use the elevator again to reach the basement and voila. Hold out in the starting room for about four rounds, essentially saving money for turning the power back on.
